There are MTB tours of all levels in Paznaun, many of which are also suitable for e-bikes/e-MTBs. A must for all mountain bike fans: the Silvretta Bike Arena Ischgl/Samnaun with 16 trails across 100 km. From summer 2025 you will be able to visit the bike park with your Gravity Card.

The 22 (E-)Bike & Hike routes allow you to discover the mountains in a whole new way. Head high by bike to the starting point of the hikes where you will also find bike depots or MTB stands to ensure to ensure your bike is 100% happy too. And for those who want to perfect their riding technique in advance there's the E-Bike Riding Centre in Ischgl.

Calling all mountain bike enthusiasts: the legendary Ischgl Ironbike will take place again from 8th to 9th August. And for those who like to take it a little more leisurely, the next highlight on two wheels is the E-Bike World Championship for Everyone from 4th to 6th September.

Wow moments guaranteed! Panoramic views, crystal-clear mountain lakes, rushing waterfalls and majestic glaciers. What more could a hiker's heart desire? As part of the "Wanderdörfer" (hiking villages) the region meets special quality criteria to guarantee a top hiking experience. Tip for long-distance hikers: the Paznaun High Route which takes you once across the valley to its loveliest spots.
